GulfThesis provides academic research, writing, editing, data analysis and advisory services. The scope of each project is defined in the quote you accept.

Every project starts with a written quote sent on WhatsApp or by email that confirms the scope, price, milestones and deadline. Work begins once you accept it.

Please provide complete and accurate instructions, including your university guidelines, marking rubric and any required sources or data. Changes to the scope after work begins may affect the price or deadline.

We deliver by the deadline agreed in your quote. Large projects are delivered in milestones, so you can review each stage before the next begins.

All work is written from scratch for your instructions and checked for similarity and AI-generated text before delivery. Reports are available on request.

You receive 30 days of free revisions after delivery, provided the requests stay within the original instructions. New requirements are quoted separately.

Payment options are confirmed by your advisor. Master's theses, PhD dissertations and other large projects are split into milestones, each paid after you review it. The website never asks for card details.

If we miss an agreed deadline without prior arrangement, or the work does not meet the agreed originality standard, you are entitled to a full or partial refund, depending on the work delivered.

We keep your identity, university and documents strictly confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy. An NDA is available on request.

Once all milestones are paid, full rights to the custom work transfer to you. We do not publish, resell or reuse it.

You are responsible for using our work in line with your institution's rules. Please read our Academic Integrity Policy.

Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it. We cannot guarantee specific grades or decisions, which are made independently by your institution or the journal.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you accept a quote applies to that project.
