01Who we are
GulfThesis (https://gulfthesis.com) provides academic research and writing support to students across the GCC. In this policy, "we" and "us" refer to GulfThesis, and "you" refers to anyone who visits the website or contacts us.
02Information this website collects
The website has no user accounts, no database and no file uploads. The project brief and contact forms do not send anything to our servers: they prepare a message that opens in your own WhatsApp or email app, and nothing is sent until you choose to send it.
Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver pages securely. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views; it does not use cookies or build a profile of you.
03Information you send us
When you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive the information you choose to share: typically your name, contact details, university, academic level, project details and any documents you attach.
04How we use your information
We use your information only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, deliver and revise your project, and keep in touch about that project. We do not use it for advertising and we do not send marketing messages without your permission.
05Sharing your information
We never sell or rent your information. Project details are shared only with the specialist assigned to your work, who is bound by confidentiality. We do not disclose your identity or university to anyone, unless the law requires it.
Messages you send through WhatsApp or email are carried by those providers under their own privacy policies.
06How long we keep it
Working files and documents are deleted within 30 days of project completion, or sooner if you ask.
07How we protect it
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections with strict security headers. Access to project files is limited to the people working on your project, and an NDA is available on request.
08Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. We will act on your request promptly.
09Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
